A simple yet powerful application for batch checking and deleting problematic emails from users’ mailboxes.
Using
The system administrator uses filters to define which messages to search for and what action to take on them.
Search options include:
- MessageID
- Subject
- Sender
- Time (delivery or last modification)
You can search all mailboxes or only those of selected users or groups.
Possible actions the application can perform on found messages:
- Count only – this action is suitable for verification or checking
- Delete – the message will be deleted from the user database, but it can be moved to quarantine within this application, and the user can also be notified that the problematic message has been removed (the text of this notification can be customized within the application).
The search itself can be launched via an agent (based on time spent and permissions needed) as:
- immediately from the workstation
- immediately on the server
- schedule execution on the server
